The closest airport is San Jose (SJC), but San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are reasonably close as well.
The wedding will take place in Los Gatos, at the border of Santa Cruz, so feel free to stay on either side of the Santa Cruz Mountains (in Santa Clara County or Santa Cruz County, in other words).
